In 1997, I made a life altering decision that turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. I accepted a position with a publishing company in Nassau, and moved from Saskatchewan, Canada to The Bahamas. About one year later, I moved to Hope Town where I married, started a family, and built a business. I feel blessed to be living in one of the best places on Earth, and making a living doing what I love. Originally from Canada, I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Commerce degree in Marketing and General Business. I was awarded my agent’s license in 2000. Through business success and further education, I soon achieved my Broker’s license. I now operate my own boutique real estate company, and am proud to say that I have consistently held my status as a top producer throughout the years. Because Hope Town is a year round resort, investment properties can be very lucrative. I am happy to do the legwork in providing accurate comparables, rental history, and advise on key features necessary for high ratability. As a resident of Hope Town since 1998, I have a good knowledge of the shoreline and can provide definitive answers regarding safe moorage on the island. When building or renovating a home on the islands, you can expect the unexpected. Prior to real estate, I helped my husband, Todd Cash, build a construction business called Abaco Construction Ltd. I have always loved construction, and the knowledge of building practices has proven to be extremely valuable in helping clients make sound decisions. Todd and I are avid boaters, and along with our son, share a love for travel, cooking, and music. When working with my clients I take pride in offering creative marketing expertise and solid negotiating skills. I am committed to getting the job done efficiently to ensure a successful transaction.
