You landed! What’s next?….
Once landing in MHH and clearing through Bahamas Immigration & Customs, there will be taxi cabs lined up outside of the airport waiting to take you to the ferry or boat rental. Only a 15 minute taxi ride to the ferry dock!
FERRY TO HOPE TOWN •
Almost there! In order to get to Hope Town from Marsh Harbour, you will need to take a scenic 20 minute ferry boat ride to Hope Town. Unless you have reserved a boat rental of your own….
G&L Ferry offers regularly scheduled trips to Hope Town and also charter services for a private ride, larger groups and/or after scheduled hours. A chartered ferry service can take you directly to a private dock or a specific public dock, once approved by the captain upon scheduling. Regular scheduled ferry trips will go directly into Hope Town harbour and stop at the public docks. If there is a particular dock you should need, be sure to mention to the captain or mate.
