SNAIL’S PACE lies on the best beach on the Sea of Abaco. Dual Pods are connected by a flowing deck with great entertainment for cocktails and dining where you will be able to view a Bahamian Sunset. This unique house has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in pristine condition. Master Suite is on the second floor with a calming view of the waters, a walk-in closet, a lovely sized bathroom, and room enough for a study area. You flow across the 1700 square foot deck that meets the Living Area. The living room has enlarged windows to display the view of the Bay of Abaco that meets the Atlantic Ocean. The design is open concept with a nice size kitchen that has a deck on the side for the grilling days and a designer powder room. A view from every room. Down below is the Junior Suite that has a bathroom that comes in from the outdoor shower refreshing after a swim in the sea. The downstairs has concrete flooring that you can walk to the third bedroom which can be utilized to share office space. This bedroom also has an amazing view of the Sea of Abaco and Bahamian Sunsets.
