This custom designed home was built by a contractor with 30 years building experience in Florida. It includes 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs and a studio apartment downstairs with an open plan living, kitchen and dining room, all with beautiful views of the ocean. There is a large Ipe deck with a Jacuzzi, great for sunbathing. The roof is standing seam aluminum (not steel) which means it doesn't rust. All Plywood is 3/4 inch pressure treated and all interior, and exterior lumber is pressure treated. The roof is engineered for 180 M.P.H. wind loads with the highest rated tie downs that Simpson strong ties makes, most are stainless. The walls are 5,000 P.S.I. concrete with fiberglass, from the top of the house, to the bottom with 2 inch dense foam added to all exterior walls, both inside, and outside. All walls, and ceilings, interior, and exterior are covered with concrete board, no drywall and all electrical is upgraded above code. . The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave, while the laundry room features a washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are Hunter
