Whale Point Estates is located mile north of the Glass Window bridge. It is a long peninsula which extends to approximately 1000 feet south of the southern end of Harbour Island. This is known as ?The Cut. It has ocean frontage on the eastern side and harbour frontage on the west side. It has become extremely popular in recent times due to the high cost of owning property on Harbour Island and there is easy access to it either by boat from Whale Point or road access to the Three Islands dock and a ferry across to Harbour Island. The North Eleuthera airport is approximately 12 miles. The property for sale is the original two storey Whale Point clubhouse which is now derelict.
