The modern open concept kitchen & dining area, flow seamlessly into the living room, leading out to the spacious pool deck and hot tubs, overlooks the ‘Powder White’ Beach and Atlantic ocean.  The last 2 guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are off of the pool, directly overlooking the beach. The outdoor kitchen and dining space, lends well to serving larger groups. Complimented by the elevated pool deck this is a great communal area with many options to suit any taste. Whether it be lounging in the hammocks or taking the steps down to the beach for shelling. With 8 miles of powder white Beach front and and your very own Coral reef, teeming with marine life, no additional entertainment is necessary! Reef house is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, including Central Air, fresh water well, back up Generator, expansive separate garage.
