This restaurant space is where the popular Maryann's Restaurant was located. The space is 2100 square feet and includes tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment. It is the perfect location for private functions such as Rotary meetings, wedding receptions, business meetings, baby showers, etc. These functions can be held in a private dining room which holds approximately 50 people. There are three bathroom facilities in the building, two for guests and one for staff. For those interested in dining outdoors, there is an outdoor deck with a bar, conch stand, and two additional restrooms for guests.
