Silver Wings, Lot D And E Elbow Cay and Hope Town, Abaco Bahamas

This property is full of potential and provides an excellent opportunity to make it your own. After years as a family home, the property is ready to welcome a new family or potentially transition into a commercial application or some combination of the two. Renovations were started but halted, and recent upgrades include a new metal roof, new Anderson storm windows, new kitchen counters and cabinets, new LVT flooring, and new electric supply lines. The home is all concrete construction and has 35,000 gallons of freshwater storage in concrete cisterns. The western wing, which was originally all bedrooms and bathrooms, is fully stripped and currently a blank canvas. Please contact us today for more information or schedule a showing.
