The land is in Little Bay just South of The Bluff Settlement (situated slightly further south of Congo Town), and on the eastern side of the Island of Andros. The shape is irregular (generally more a square than rectangular shape). It consist of 57 acres (with dimensions of 21.70 chains {or 1,432 feet} Eastwardly by the sea and Southwardly by 26.85 chains {or 1,772 feet}, and Northwardly BY 22.5 chains {or 1,485 feet}, and Westwardly by 9.10 chains {or 600 feet} up to the Blue Hole which then continues to the west boundary). The ocean front and land-side acreage is flat and porous. The eastern portion is ocean front and sandy beach and has approximately 1,010 feet of sea wall and a boat ramp. Approximately fifty percent of the western portion on the southern side is positioned against one of the world's few "Blue Holes" (called "Sanctuary Blue Hole", according to the professional report by Zootaxa).
