KERRY SULLIVAN
Broker Owner
In 1997, I made a pivotal decision that has since proven to be one of the most rewarding choices of my life. I accepted a position with a publishing firm in Nassau, prompting my relocation from Saskatchewan, Canada, to The Bahamas. Approximately one year later, I settled in Hope Town, where I entered into marriage, began a family, and established a business. I consider myself blessed to reside in one of the most beautiful communities on Earth while doing what I love, and calling it work!
Originally hailing from Canada, I graduated with a Commerce degree in Marketing and General Business from the University of Saskatchewan. In 2000, I obtained my agent’s license, and through a combination of business achievements and further education, I subsequently acquired my Broker’s license. I currently manage my own boutique real estate firm and take pride in consistently being recognized as a top producer over the years. Given that Hope Town operates as a year-round resort, investment properties can be quite profitable. I am dedicated to conducting thorough research to provide accurate comparables, rental histories, and advice on essential features that enhance rental & resale potential.
Having resided in Hope Town since 1998, I possess extensive knowledge of the shoreline and can offer reliable information regarding safe moorage options on the island. When it comes to constructing or renovating a home in the islands, expect the unexpected! In the early years of my real estate career, I spent 7 years assisting my husband, Todd Cash, in establishing a construction company known as Abaco Construction Ltd. My passion for construction and understanding of building practices have proven invaluable in guiding clients toward informed decisions.
Todd and I are enthusiastic boaters, and together with our son, we share a passion for travel, cooking, and music. In my professional interactions, I take pride in delivering innovative marketing strategies and strong negotiation skills. I am dedicated to ensuring that every transaction is executed efficiently for a successful outcome. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you on the island and welcome your calls and emails.
